Not all items on my order have been delivered?
Please check the invoice, if the item in question shows backordered, we will deliver upon arrival.
 
Do you offer same day delivery?
For same day delivery needs, please give us a call at 432-682-7393.
 
I placed an order today when will it arrive?
Orders submitted before 4 PM Central will be delivered next day. Online stock check is available for each item. Arrivals from each warehouse are as listed:
SAN ANTONIO      NEXT BUSINESS DAY
DALLAS:               2 BUSINESS DAYS
HOUSTON:            2 BUSINESS DAYS
NEW ORLEANS:     4 BUSINESS DAYS
 
Returns
Reynolds Brothers gladly accepts returns and exchanges on unopened items within 30 days of purchase date.
 
Items not eligible for return include perishable goods and custom orders.
 
To submit a return online Open the invoice located in  "My Order History" then select "Return Item" and choose the quantity to be returned. Please continue through the check out process until an order confirmation is generated. This process may look like an order, but it actually creates a return resquest informing us that you have an item to return or exchange.
